We are not a company that works out of a garage or an extra bedroom. We are a business that works on the idea the customer has the right to the highest quality of service. This is very important to us. We do our repairs right!
What about the parts?
One of the biggest difficulties of repairing model trains is the lack of parts available from the manufacturers. We have a large selection of parts in our inventory. If we do not have the part your model train needs, we take the time to try and find your part.
